Middle East Peace Dinner - The Humanitarian Situation in Syria

Southbank Rotary is privileged to be hosting a special club meeting on Tuesday 9th September 2014 with a focus on Peace in the Middle East and the humanitarian situation in Syria. Bashar Baghdadi is a professional international humanitarian with a passion for peace who will be sharing his personal insights into the humanitarian situation in the Middle East, with a focus on Syria and his home country, Jordan.

This will be a unique opportunity to hear from the passionate Rotaract alumnus who will share his first hand stories from the refugee camps of Syria where he worked to help those affected by the challenges of regional conflict.

Bashar has a fascinating and compelling social message to share with all of us in the spirit of Rotary's mission for the advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace.

He has many stories to share that makes one re-think humanity.

All Rotarians and friends are invited to hear Bashar's story at Southbank Rotary.
