Racquel Shroff, CEO of Global Education Solutions is a recognised expert in the international education industry, with more than 25 years of experience in consulting, product development & commercialisation, project implementation, client management, customer experience, strategic marketing and policy research. She has worked across Governments, Industries, Professional Bodies, Nonprofits and Education Providers to create demand, brand value, sustainable growth and achieve exceptional business performance, process efficiencies and strategic goals. Racquel has presented in various national and international conferences and published many articles and papers.  Global Education Solutions Pty Ltd (GES) headquartered in Melbourne, is the only strategic consulting organisation in education which also provides disruptive configurable technology enabled solutions that are scalable and sustainable with measurable social impact. GES works across all sectors schools, higher education and VET in Australia, India and Middle East. 

Racquel is also the Chairperson of the Indian Career Education and Development Council (ICEDC), a non profit organisation set up with funding from the Australia India Council and support from the State Government of Victoria. ICEDC is collaborating with Rotary Club of Albert Park, Melbourne and Rotary Club of Pune Sports City in India to implement a large-scale literacy project. This involves using affordable digital technology, innovative pedagogy and remote learning tools to train all teachers in selected schools serving underprivileged communities, then mentoring them to find creative ways to engage students and make subjects relevant.  Teachers are then required to submit evidence of improved learning levels and outcomes to qualify for dual certification ICEDC and its Australian knowledge partner, ACCE. This project has connected two different worlds,heralding new opportunities for the community, and for these students, access to better education and a brighter future.
